What if I don't have insurance?
No insurance? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. For patients that do not have insurance, we offer an in-house membership program starting as low as $29/month.
Do I need my dental records and x-rays from my previous provider?
This is up to you. If the x-rays are more than one year old, we will need to take them again anyway. Should they be less than a year old, you will need to sign a release with your previous dental office so that they will be allowed to email your records to us at MacarthurDentalArts@gmail.com.
As a new patient, how long will my first appointment be?
It’s possible that we will have you on your way sooner, but plan on being here for one hour and a half. During your visit the dentist will give you an oral exam, we’ll be sure your charts and x-rays are up to date, and the hygienist will clean and polish your teeth. If you would like to fill out your paperwork ahead of time online that will help to save some time.
Do you quote pricing over the phone?
It’s difficult to quote prices over the phone because every case is unique. Your insurance plan and the coverage that it offers you has a lot do with this. But the good news is that we will do a free consult to see what’s going on with your teeth. And then, we’ll work with your insurance company to find out what your coverage is to ensure that there will be no hidden surprises when it comes to what your out-of-pocket expense might be.
What type of insurance do you accept?
MacArthur Dental Arts accepts most PPO insurance. We do not, however, accept Dentical or HMO insurances. For a complete listing of accepted PPO insurances, visit our Accepted Insurance page. There may be additional insurances we are in-network with that do not appear on that list. Give us a call at 949-251-8544 and we can let you know for sure.
